NEW Recovery Classes and Offerings

Optimize your post-workout routine with the help of our all-new Recovery program! Research shows that recovery is just as important as exercise, with the ability to reduce inflammation, soreness and lactic acid build-up in your body as well as your risk of injury.

Whether you want to feel relaxed and rested, replenished and restored, or renewed and rejuvenated, these classes and offerings reimagine what it means to recover, including:

  • Recovery-focused group fitness classes
  • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching sessions

What is PNF?

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a stretching technique to increase flexibility and range of motion. PNF techniques are usually performed with a partner and involve both passive movement and active muscle actions. To schedule your free 20-minute consultation, email fitness@jccgb.org.
