Walk and Talk Health is a self-led walking group for seniors offered in collaboration between Newton Wellesley Hospital (NWH), the Needham Council on Aging (COA) and JCC Greater Boston. Improve your cardiovascular health while connecting with members in your community while walking JCC's indoor track. A health specialist from NWH will attend quarterly to present important health topics and answer your questions while walking along with you.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR! On Tuesday, January 21, Newton Wellesley Hospital’s Walk and Talk Health is happy to kick off the new year with John Scherry, Physical Therapist, Manager of Cardiac Rehab and Jane Barr, Community Wellness Coordinator providing information and screenings to assess your risks for cardiovascular disease. They will provide a blood pressure screening and body fat analysis to anyone interested and discuss the risk factors you can control for cardiovascular disease. This program is brought to you by MGB Newton Wellesley Hospital’s Community Collaborative Heart Health and Wellness Council..

Registration is required for JCC entry and participation by calling the Needham COA at 781-455-7555. Cost: Free
