Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Tai Chi practitioners, each class includes a short warm up, group practice, and where applicable, individualized training. Tai Chi Open Practice is a great opportunity for students of all levels to work on Tai Chi basics, explore Qigong practices, learn dynamic Wudang movements/techniques & much more! Class meets both in-person and online; a private Zoom link will be provided.
