Develop a deep understanding of Tai Chi principles through the practice of powerful, flowing Wudang style Tai Chi, which enhances physical strength with greater levels of Qi energy. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Tai Chi practitioners, each class includes a short warm up, group practice, and where applicable, individualized training. Tai Chi Open Practice is a great opportunity for students of all levels to work on Tai Chi basics, explore Qigong practices, learn dynamic Wudang movements/techniques & much more!
