This 5-week program is for teens who have already completed the teen strength program at least once or are familiar with weight training through sports or school. Strength training 201 will build off what participants already know as well as introduce concepts such as conditioning, programming, recovery, and what participants can do outside of the gym to maximize results. This program meets Wednesdays, 1/15 - 2/12
