Fight back against Parkinson's disease in this non-contact boxing-style fitness class to feel your best inside and out! Led by a Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, Rock Steady Boxing incorporates a "tough love" approach with boxing drills, calisthenics, resistance/strength training & more to increase strength, balance, reaction time, overall fitness, brain health and function. This class is higher intensity, designed for boxers with good balance, the ability to stand for the majority of class and a desire to be more athletic, subject to assessment; $25 assessment fee is included. Meets both in-person and online; a private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
