Empower your mind and body with practical self-defense techniques in a supportive and engaging environment. This scenario-based course focuses on practical responses to common threats, including grabs, chokes, and attacks from various positions. Participants will enhance instinctive reactions, understand striking power, and situational awareness while working through realistic self-defense drills. Training will include unarmed defense techniques, controlled striking drills with pads, and strategies for handling real-life confrontations.
Light contact will be incorporated, and participants should be prepared for a light to moderate level of physical engagement. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, this class will help you build confidence, sharpen your instincts, and enhance your ability to react effectively under pressure.
Class will be led by Eitan Nussbaum, an 8th-degree black belt with over two decades of martial arts experience, certified by the Israeli College of Sports and the Hombu Dojo in Japan. Open to participants ages 13+; participants 13-15 must be accompanied by a parent.
