We will learn self-defense techniques in a supportive and engaging environment, inspired by the rich traditions of Japanese martial arts (Budo TaiJutsu). Practice real-life scenarios of unarmed combat , weapons, and gain strategies to navigate real-life confrontations. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience at all, come train with us and build confidence, agility and resilience. Light contact will be incorporated during the class.
Class will be led by Sensei Eitan Nussbaum, 8th-degree black belt, Major (Res.) in the IDF, with over two decades of martial arts and combat experience.
