Often times new and improving players have a difficult time grasping the concept of "control vs power" when they play, and end up hitting the ball hard all the time (a.k.a "Bashing" or "Banging"). The most common shots that require a lot of control, the "dink" and the "drop shot," will be the main focus for this session. Learn how and when to approach and execute these shots that are so crucial to the game!
