This class will cover the handling of your chosen medium, composition, paint selection, and progress to the finish. Explore color mixing and application, working with the scale of values in black & white and color. We will discuss drawing in relationship to painting. Bring photos you would like to paint, a pencil, and sketchbook to first class. If you've painted before, bring your supplies and we will guide you to further your skills in all areas. We will send a supply list upon registration. Materials are not included. Taught by Susan Kelley. All are welcome. Geared towards adults. Session runs 1/21-3/18. No class: 2/18.
