Led by a Certified Personal Trainer and functional movement specialist, this class is designed for participants who need to improve static balance and stability to prevent their risk of falling, improve posture, reduce chronic pain, and/or improve overall movement efficiency. Fundamental exercises for daily life activities are incorporated with special attention to core strength, overall strength, & flexibility to help participants remain active and healthy no matter what life may bring. This class will meet both in-person and on Zoom; a private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session. Cost: $230; $50 for JCC Members (No class April 14, April 21 and May 26.)
