You will receive information on how to watch each film on your own in advance. We will then join together for fun, insightful and stimulating conversations with fellow BJF Club attendees. We all love films and we love talking about films! Light refreshments are served at Film Club meetups, and registration is required to attend. Film: A Real Pain
Synopsis: David (Jesse Eisenberg) and Benji (Kiernan Culkin in an Oscar winning role) are cousins travelling to Poland in order to pay homage to their grandmother. The pair couldn’t be more different and as they become mired in arguments, their trip becomes increasingly challenging. David is a tech worker, with a settled family living in Manhattan while Benji has an unconventional and rebellious lifestyle. With their painful family history setting the backdrop for their tour, the pair go on a challenging journey that brings them closer than ever.
