Led by a Certified Personal Trainer and functional movement specialist, this class is designed for participants who have good static balance but need to improve overall stability/posture while the body is in motion. Reduce your risk of injury and maximize your fullest potential by learning/enhancing positive movement patterns and functional movements for daily life activities. This class will meet both in-person and on Zoom; a private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
