Who doesn’t want to look better and feel healthier? Join gerontologist Sally Duplantier to discover ways to improve your biological age, which reflects how well you are aging at a cellular level instead of how old you are in years. Learn the critical role that diet, movement, sleep, and managing stress—combined with your perceptions about growing older—play in slowing cellular aging. Walk away with 1-2 actions to improve how you age moving forward, no matter how old you are today.
