Increase your confidence on the court and train like an athlete in this small group training class designed for pickleball players. This class incorporates exercises to build strength, improve balance, mobility, mind-body coordination, and focus to help with swing power, footwork, ball control, accuracy, & more. Led by Certified Personal Trainer Jen Davis; players of all levels welcome. This program meets Mondays, April 28–June 2 (No class May 26).
