Consisting of 13 groups of movements, the Wudang Taiji 13 Movement Form is the oldest Tai Chi form taught at China’s famed center of Taoism, Wudang Mountain. It incorporates the Eight Jins (Energies) and Five Steps that form the basis of all Tai Chi practice. Powerfully flowing yet soft and gentle, it is invigorating and healing. We will do a comprehensive review of the 10 sections covered in previous workshops, incorporate the 3 short final sections currently being taught in our weekly drop in classes, and practice the sequence of all of the movements learned multiple times. Martial arts applications in the form will also be demonstrated. The workshop will be recorded and the video will be fully downloadable. Previous experience with the Wudang 13 Form required. Cost: $75; $55 for JCC Members
