Men's Pilates - Adults - Spring

Gentle Yoga - Inclusion and Support Services - Ages 25+ - Spring

(Ages: 25+ yrs) This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations. Using the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga, a sense of wholeness and balance is created.  Meditation, guided imagery and gentle restorative exercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety, optimizing the participant's physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.  The class is designed for participants to either stay in a chair or use a mat. Krav Maga - Adults -Spring

Krav Maga (Contact Combat in Hebrew) is the name the Israeli Defense Forces give to the type of self-defense and unarmed combat it teaches. Krav Maga applies this to a civilian setting, teaching defenses against common attacks and assaults. What makes Krav Maga effective is that it works with the body’s natural instincts and reflexes. Structural Steps - Building a Novel with Good Bones - Adults
