Learn to play this fun and fascinating game of old which has gained widespread popularity with the younger generation as a social pastime. Combining the old Chinese set of tiles with American rules, Mah Jongg is a lively game of skill and strategy, cooperation and challenge that creates strong bonds amongst its players. Taught by Mah Jongg maven, Laura Zoll. No experience necessary!

This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations. Using the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga, a sense of wholeness and balance is created. Meditation, guided imagery and gentle restorative exercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety, optimizing the participant's physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. The class is designed for participants to either stay in a chair or use a mat.
