Introduction to Paint and Pastel - Adults - Fall

(Beginners/Intermediate) Learn the basics – handling materials, values, edges, composition, and mixing color – in your choice of medium, working from your still life or photos. Introduction to Pastel - Adults - Fall

(Beginners/Intermediate) Work with a wide range of objects and textures to discover the limitless possibilities that pastels have to offer. By learning about linear strokes, cross-hatching, scumbling, feathering, and blending, you will gain facility with pastels and find ways to express your own personal style. Men's Basketball League Over 40 A League - Fall

League play begins in September. Ten games plus playoffs. Individual and team signups are available. Contact 617-558-6464 or basketball@jccgb.org for more information and team prices.Team sponsorships are available at $150 for the season.
Placement onto teams for individual registrants will be done by committee to ensure league parity. Team fee is $950.

BAMSI Day Habilitation 521 Washington Street, Stoughton (unless otherwise noted in monthly flyer) A monthly social group for young adults with developmental challenges. This group offers a variety of leisure-time activities while working on skills of everyday living. Participants pay for outside activities. Meets one Wednesday evening per month. Monotype: Using A Press - Adults - Fall

Watercolor Basics - Adults - Fall

Gentle Yoga - Inclusion and Support Services - Ages 25+ - Fall

(Ages: 25+ yrs) This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations.  Using the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga, a sense of wholeness and balance is created.  Meditation, guided imagery and gentle restorative exercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety.  The class is designed for partipants to either stay in a chair or go on a mat. This wellness approach optimizes the physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being of the yoga student's life. Scholarship funding is available to those in need. Mah Jongg - Adults - Fall

Learn the fundamentals necessary to play the game using National Mah Jongg League offical rules. Enjoy the game, camaraderie and ritual that goes along with this traditional pastime on the comeback. Please note: Must attend first class. Instructor: Amy McLoughlin
