Dance! Dance! Dance! - Adults - Spring

NEW DAY AND TIME! A dance class that is both an exercise for the body and brain! Learn underlying technique in sections until a dance routine is complete and danced with expression. Movements will be lyrical, contemporary, jazz and other genres not often encountered in a group exercise class. No dance experience necessary. Cheryl Umana

Personal Strength & Flexibility Training (Advanced) - Adults - Winter

A 60-minute class led by a personal trainer focusing on strength training and flexibility. Learn proper form for various exercises and why each exercise is important to your overall conditioning. Class includes strength training for upper and lower body, core work for abdominals, flexibility and stretching. A complete workout for all fitness levels. John Clinkscale

Men's Pilates - Adults - Spring

The integrative component of Pilates can be especially beneficial for men, whose workouts often emphasize a part-by-part approach to muscular development. Increasing flexibility is a goal that this class addresses in a way that is relevant for men, working toward functional fitness. Bonnie Lerner

Gentle Yoga - Inclusion and Support Services - Ages 25+ - Spring

(Ages: 25+ yrs) This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations. Using the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga, a sense of wholeness and balance is created.  Meditation, guided imagery and gentle restorative exercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety, optimizing the participant's physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.  The class is designed for participants to either stay in a chair or use a mat. Krav Maga - Adults -Spring

Krav Maga (Contact Combat in Hebrew) is the name the Israeli Defense Forces give to the type of self-defense and unarmed combat it teaches. Krav Maga applies this to a civilian setting, teaching defenses against common attacks and assaults. What makes Krav Maga effective is that it works with the body’s natural instincts and reflexes. Metrowest Adult Social Group - Inclusion and Support Services - Ages 25+ yrs - Spring

Start Date: 04/12/2015, End Date: 06/07/2015, Time: 5:00 PM-7:00 PM

(Ages: 25+ yrs) Join other adults with mild learning differences for dining out, holiday shopping at the mall, movies and other leisure time activities. Pilates on the Ball - Adults - Spring

A full body, intense workout that builds core strength, balance and coordination while increasing flexibility. Using large Swiss balls, bands, magic circles and weights, you will engage in a variety of demanding and fun movements based on Pilates and weight lifting exercises. Bonnie Lerner
