While klezmer music, a centuries-old folk art from Eastern Europe, is emphasized we will also explore the multi-faceted palate of Jewish music. Almost any instrument (winds, brass, strings, voice and piano) can be worked into this ensemble. Includes coaching and historical background with occasional performances. Instructor: Barry Shapiro

Krav Maga - Adults - Spring

Gentle Yoga - Special Needs Ages 25+ - Spring

(Ages: 25+ yrs) This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations.  Using the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga, a sense of wholeness and balance is created.  Meditation, guided imagery and gentle restorative exercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety.  The class is designed for partipants to either stay in a chair or go on a mat. This wellness approach optimizes the physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being of the yoga student's life. Scholarship funding is available to those in need.
