Introduction to Paint and Pastel - Adults - Winter

Introduction to Pastel - Adults - Winter

Mat Pilates for Beginners - Adults - Winter

Interested in trying Pilates, but know nothing about it? Then this class is for you! Run in a small group format with a very experienced instructor, this class will teach you the basics of the Pilates method. You will learn all the beginner level exercises, with adaptations and modifications, depending on your condition and ability. There will be lots of individual attention, with time for questions and concerns. At the end of the semester, you will feel confident to join the larger group Pilates classes.
