Advanced Israeli Dance: Drop In - Adults - Winter

Intermediate Tennis - Adults - Spring

Instruction on all stroke technique incorporating drills focused on improving consistency and control. Players will work to sustain rallies, improve net play and understand court coverage. Doubles play and strategy will also be covered. Doug Maynard

Pilates on the Ball - Adults - Spring

A full body, intense workout that builds core strength, balance and coordination while increasing flexibility. Using large Swiss balls, bands, magic circles and weights, you will engage in a variety of demanding and fun movements based on Pilates and weight lifting exercises. Bonnie Lerner

Adult Adapted Aquatics - Inclusion and Support Services - Ages 22+ yrs -Spring

(Ages: 22+ yrs) Weekly swimming class adapted to the needs of adults with physical challenges. Taught by a certified Aquatics instructor, the class offers exercise and socialization to swimmers and non-swimmers in an accessible and supportive environment. Instructor: Lucinda Parker

Adult Activity Group - Inclusion and Support Services (Adults) - Spring

BAMSI Day Habilitation, Start Date: 04/13/2015, End Date: 06/08/2015, Time: 6:30 PM-8:30 PM

BAMSI Day Habilitation 521 Washington Street, Stoughton A monthly social group for adults with mild learning differences, offering opportunities for a variety of leisure-time activities such as craft projects, games, cooking, as well as trips to local shopping centers and restaurants. L'Chaim (To Life) Fun, Fitness and Community - Inclusion and Support Services - Ages 31+ - Spring

LSJCC, Start Date: 04/14/2015, End Date: 06/09/2015, Time: 7:00 PM-9:00 PM

(Ages: 31+ yrs) Socialize, dine out, work out in the gym, see a show! A group for adults with mild learning differences. Group members decide their own leisure-time activities with the assistance of an advisor. Particpants pay for outside activities. Instructor: Trudy Bauer

Personal Strength & Flexibility Training (Advanced) - Adults - Spring

A 60-minute class led by a personal trainer focusing on strength training and flexibility. Learn proper form for various exercises and why each exercise is important to your overall conditioning. Class includes strength training for upper and lower body, core work for abdominals, flexibility and stretching. A complete workout for all fitness levels. John Clinkscale
